Align by Caroline offers a space of love, light, sound and transformation through her practice of sound healing coupled with complimentary integrative therapies.

Caroline is a certified sound healing practitioner and Reset Therapist (somatic trauma release therapist), helping individuals retore balance, release emotional blockages, and reconnect with their true essence and natural state of being.
Through the power of sound frequencies and body-centred techniques, Caroline guides her clients to release stored trauma, reducing stress, and promoting deep relaxation. Caroline’s approach encourages emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a profound
sense of well-being and purpose.
Caroline uses her voice as a healing tool along with integrating crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and tuning forks to create healing spoken word soundscapes benefiting and supporting all ways of being human (light/love/sound).
Whether through sound baths, sound vibration therapy, or somatic therapy, Caroline’s work is rooted in creating safe, transformative spaces for healing, growth and transformation.
